Situated amidst rolling hills in the serene countryside this two story structure contains forty-two 1 BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR units for elderly living. The entry and lobby separate the building into two wings arranged at an angle in response to the site. Common amenities include a large community hall with kitchen facilities, laundry and an exercise room. Gabled clusters break down the main hipped roof to provide the building with a residential character.
